The Challenge: Fragmented Tech Stack

‍The client approached me with a partially developed Webflow site and a generic Memberstack template. The objective was to synthesize these disjointed parts into a secure, premium digital coaching platform capable of housing proprietary educational content and managing tiered user access.

Execution & Deployment

‍I deployed the necessary backend configurations via Vercel to support the integration, ensuring a highly responsive and secure environment. Moving to the front end, I completely refactored the template’s authentication flows (Login/Registration) to seamlessly align with the client’s high-end brand identity. By meticulously mapping Memberstack data attributes across the Webflow architecture, I established strict visibility rules (Gated Content) to ensure premium assets were exclusively accessible to verified, paying members.

Section 2: Custom LMS Architecture & Sequential Progression

Relational CMS & Conditional Visibility

‍The platform's educational curriculum featured a complex, nested hierarchy (parent modules containing multiple sub-modules). To manage this dynamically, I engineered a multi-tier relational database within Webflow CMS. I utilized advanced conditional visibility logic to render the correct sub-modules dynamically based on the user's current stage in the curriculum.

Engineering Sequential Learning (Form-Gated Progression)

‍A critical business requirement was enforcing chronological learning: users could not unlock the next module without completing a comprehensive reflection assessment for their current stage. To build this custom progression logic, I integrated Tally forms into the Webflow environment. I configured the UI to strictly gate the "Next Module" triggers, using a combination of visibility rules and completion states to ensure the subsequent content only dynamically unlocks once the required Tally assessment is successfully submitted.
